I just received this phone and have no complaints with it EXCEPT the instructions have images that I was unable to understand--even with magnifying glasses. Just the same, it was pretty easy to figure out how to use it by using the menu on the control panel. I also like the way the handset feels in my hand. It sure beats my vtech 5.8 that was horrible!
